06.30.03 i actually sucked it up and went to a concert. we were the oldest farts there. it all worked to our benefit because we could SIT and throw back a few while all the younger kiddos had to STAND. i cannot believe i actually heard edit/undo live. 'woo woo' pops out of my mouth often because my whistle is just too weak for any impact. cheesewiz's car broke 'the fuck' down on her way home. the thought makes me cringe but she was one tough cookie through it all. why can't we have wings and just fly places. or have rocket packs like in the super rad movie 'rocketeer' or that one thing on star trek where you get beamed up or something..what did they call that? but yeah, i think we should have had means of travel faster and much cheaper and more organized by now. geesh. oh oh and one more odd thing. today i was watching some special on this new horrible and highly addictive drug..i can't remember the name now. anyway, they showed this dad that was addicted to it and how the family was so screwed up because of it. he had nine DWIs before they arrested him and this dad kept going back on the drug every time he got another chance. it was so sad because the kids knew when he went back on the drug because after his high he would convulse really bad and his kids were so angry they would videotape him. well the odd thing was the reporter doing the story was so mad at the dad at the end he told the rehabilitation guy, "honestly i just feel like punching him." it was so weird, he wasn't supposed to have an opinion but he was just so fed up with the loser dad he told his true feelings. i would have liked to punch the dad too. i’m a good puncher. punch punch pow. there is other stuff too, like i had a nightmare that i was in this competition with some other teachers to make the coolest bulletin board and nobody would listen to my ideas and then we lost. i woke up feeling scared and i MAYBE might have been a little rude to the boy. he likes to wake up early on the weekends! and... i made a list of things to do tomorrow. there are six things to do. one of them is ‘walk’
