i'm sick of being sick sick sick!

damn those kiddies coughing up their germs on me. i tried to get sympathy from the boy by explaining my 99.1 fever emergency. he calmly explains that 99.1 is only .5 away from a regular temperature. trust me i was still rolling around complaining a lot. now that my fever has subsided this cough won't go away.

so i totally was locked out of the house today. as i went to the mailbox i locked the door behind me. duh duh duh dooofus! i had shoes on but a wet head. we keep our house locked like fort knox. i tried all the windows and even tried to pick the door lock. (ha-ha) by now my adrenaline is pumping as i try the basement windows. i pushed and pulled and HIP HOORAY it creaked open about an inch. (hope) i work on it and eventually the entire window pops out. (dear robbers/meanies please don't come get me at night (or anytime) ok?) now i had to fit my whole self inside that itty-bitty basement window and drop down inside. i was so totally james bond-ing it!!

so now i'm safe inside infront of the warm glow of my computer. i think i will put a key under a mat or rock or something.

but you didn't read THAT meanies.
